It requires approval from the Central Government through the Regional Director (RD), along with public notices and newspaper advertisements to inform stakeholders. The company must file Form MGT-14, INC-23, and INC-22, and update all statutory records accordingly.

Consulting a professional company secretary (CS) or chartered accountant (CA) ensures a smooth transition while fulfilling all legal requirements. Proper updates in tax, banking, and government records are also necessary post-approval.
